How to Order for Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup Locations & Info:

You can place your order online or call your preferred Kitchen Kapers store to order.

Ordering Online for Curbside Pickup.

1. Only add items to your CART that indicate in the Stock Status, (which is next to the QUANTITY drop-down box) "...Available for Curbside Pickup at select locations."

2. When you get to the CHECKOUT page, enter your email address or smart phone number and then choose "Pickup" as your delivery option. Only those locations that have your entire order in stock will show as an option for pickup.

3. Choose the store where you want to pickup your order. Then click the "Continue to Payment" button.

4. If you are not given the option for local pickup at your preferred location or any location, skip ahead to step 8.

5. Once your online order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email or text.

6. Important! Do not proceed to the store until you receive a second notification, confirming your order is ready for pickup. Once you have notification, you can pick up your order anytime at the selected location during regular operating hours. Check hours for your local Kitchen Kapers pickup location.

7. When you arrive at your pickup location, simply call the store and they will bring your order out.

8. If you don't see your preferred pickup location, or if you get the message, "Your order isn't available for pickup", you have three options:

• Select a different "pickup location" — if available
• Choose "Ship" instead of Pickup —Orders of $59 or more Ship Free with Standard Shipping.
• Call the store (during curbside pickup hours) where you want to pickup your order and they will help you place an order over the phone.
