Compression fittings contain an inner ferrule， providing maximum 360° surface conduit-to-fitting contact for better sealing and superior pull-out resistance. Internal sealing rings create a raintight seal， suitable for use in \"Wet Locations.\" Insulated throat insulates conductors， prevents abrasion and thinning of conductor insulation， and reduces wire pull effort. All steel construction provides installation integrity. Zinc-electroplated for added corrosion protection.
