Our PowerMTS 251Si is the fourth generation of digitally controlled multi-process welders from Everlast. Based on customer's feedback, new PowerMTS 251Si is designed to be as versatile as ever with standard DC MIG, TIG and Stick capabilities and all new Synergic MIG, Pulse MIG and Pulse TIG welding modes. Both, Pulse MIG and Pulse TIG features are not available from many other manufacturers. In TIG, you can also choose between a touchless, High Frequency start and a Lift start mode. For Stick, there is more adjustability with new Hot start intensity and Hot start duration controls. The unit was designed with easy menus to navigate and without complicated hidden features. All controls, including burn back are now located on the panel face plate and are grouped according to function, with easy to understand format. All connections are in front of the panel, too, for MIG, TIG and Stick. As you've come to expect from Everlast, PowerMTS 251Si arrives almost ready to weld. It comes with not only MIG and Stick torches, cables and regulator, it also comes with a TIG package which includes a TIG torch, TIG foot pedal and a starter kit of consumables (tungsten NOT included). Something that costs extra in units offered from the competition. You'll only need to supply the shielding gas, tungsten and the welding wire/filler metal/welding rods to be up and running. NOTE: this model is not designed to handle 6010 Rod, but will handle 6011 just fine.

Comes with 26 series air-cooled TIG torch and 36 MIG gun and TIG foot pedal

New, DC pulse TIG with high frequency and lift start and single pulse MIG capability

Dual voltage design will operate on 120-Volt or 240-Volt output on 120-Volt is limited to 150 Amp MIG/TIG/125 Amp stick

Digitally controlled operation in all modes improve control and dependability and is operator friendly, without complicated hidden menus or adjustments with grouped controls

Synergic function MIG automatically adjusts wire speed while voltage is increased or decreased, this maintains a preset ratio of volts and amps that can be tweaked manually by user for best operation

Manual override of synergic MIG function allows the user to regain control of at any point to fine tune automatic voltage settings and allows operation in full manual mode if desired

Weld aluminum, stainless or steel with synergic MIG function with wire diameter from 0.023 in. to 0.045 in. (for full range of sizes and flux core use, purchase optional drive rolls)

Exclusive, 9 channel memory function provides easy saving and recall of your favorite settings

Synergic spool gun operation capability with optional spool gun, ideal for welding aluminum

250 Amp of MIG and TIG power offer more than enough power to get the job done, 200 Amp of stick welding power can be used with up to 5/32 in. welding rods

Built-in gas solenoid and connections for TIG eliminates need for gas valve torch used by competitors

True DC CC/CV multi-process design eliminates needing or carrying multiple units for 1 job

2T/4T torch trigger/latch function offers stepped control welding with TIG and MIG

Adjustable burn-back control keeps the wire energized after wire has stopped feeding to allow the wire to melt back to a desired length without retrimming wire before restarts

12 in. and 8 in. capable (with adapter for 8 in. rolls) diameter wire spool capacity maintains portability while maintaining productivity

Adjustable MIG wave arc force control manages slope/inductance and fine tunes arc characteristics

Adjustable stick arc force and new hot start controls allows the user to dial in desired Stick welding performance

Pre and post flow and up and down slope allows the user to control the end of the welding cycle and improves overall weld quality
